Shipping Costs

We ship accessories and small items up to 30 kg via DPD or DHL.
Large items such as foosball tables, billiard tables, air hockey tables, jukeboxes, and gaming machines are delivered by freight forwarding.

Shipping Costs within Germany (Mainland):

For small parcels up to 30 kg delivered by parcel service, we charge a shipping fee of €4.90.

For large or bulky items over 30 kg delivered by freight forwarding (curbside delivery), such as foosball tables, billiard tables, air hockey tables, jukeboxes, gaming machines, dart machines, etc., we charge the following rates:

From 30 kg to 100 kg: €60.00
From 100 kg to 300 kg: €100.00
Over 300 kg: €150.00

Shipping Costs outside Germany:

We are, of course, happy to deliver all our products abroad. In this case, shipping costs are calculated individually based on the total shipping weight. The easiest way to find out your exact shipping costs is to place the desired items in your shopping cart, select your destination country, and the system will automatically display the estimated shipping cost (mainland only – islands excluded).

Important Notice
Despite careful handling, transport damage can occasionally occur during delivery. In such cases, we will naturally replace the damaged items free of charge.

Please follow these steps:

Transport damage must be reported immediately to the delivery company upon receipt of the goods. After that, please inform us of the damage you have found. If you wish to return the goods, please contact us in advance by email, fax, or telephone.
